Smart Ads Tech provides digital advertising, campaign management, lead-generation, landing-page, tracking, Telegram growth and related marketing services. The exact service scope, duration and included work depend on the plan or custom agreement selected by the customer.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful advertising materials, required account access and timely approvals where needed. Delays in receiving required information, access or approvals can delay campaign setup or reduce the amount of active management possible during a fixed-duration plan.

Advertising Platform Policies

Meta, Google and other platforms operate under their own policies and automated review systems. Campaigns can be limited, rejected, paused or require verification by those platforms. Smart Ads Tech cannot guarantee platform approval, account health or uninterrupted ad delivery.

Performance & Results

Advertising results vary based on factors including offer quality, market conditions, targeting, budget, competition, creative performance, landing-page experience and sales follow-up. Smart Ads Tech does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, profits, Telegram members or return on investment.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments must be completed through the available checkout methods. Recurring plans may renew according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled through the available account or support process. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order summary before purchase.

Intellectual Property & Client Materials

Clients are responsible for having the rights to logos, images, videos, claims and other materials supplied for campaign use. Smart Ads Tech retains ownership of its own brand materials, internal systems and reusable methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used to promote unlawful activity, deceptive claims, impersonation, prohibited financial promises or content that violates applicable platform policies or law. We may decline work that creates unreasonable legal, policy or reputational risk.

Support & Changes

Requests outside the original service scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement. These terms may be updated when the website, service structure or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website or services after updates may be subject to the revised terms.
