Smart Ads Tech provides digital marketing and advertising services. Because campaign work can begin immediately after onboarding, refund eligibility depends on the status of the service and the nature of the request.

Before Work Begins

If you made a purchase by mistake and campaign setup has not started, contact support as soon as possible with the order reference. We will review the request against the payment and service status.

After Service Work Has Started

Once strategy, campaign setup, audience research, creative work, landing-page work, tracking setup, account management or other included service work has begun, the completed work and consumed service time are generally non-refundable.

Advertising Spend

Money already spent or charged by an advertising platform is separate from agency service work and cannot be reversed by Smart Ads Tech. Platform billing disputes may need to be handled directly with the relevant advertising provider.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If the same order was accidentally paid more than once or the payment amount is clearly incorrect, contact us with transaction references. Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring plans should be cancelled before the next renewal if you do not want another billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewal where supported, but it does not automatically refund a completed renewal or work already delivered during an active billing period.

Approved Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider, issuing bank and payment method. The final credit may take additional banking time after the refund has been initiated.

How to Request a Review

Send your name, order reference, payment date, plan name and a clear explanation of the issue through the Contact page or WhatsApp support. Providing complete details helps the request get reviewed faster.
